What is the minimum and maximum stay? The minimum stay is 31 nights and the maximum is 180 nights (approximately 6 months).

Is there a tourist tax? No. Extended stays are exempt from the Barcelona city tourist tax — a significant saving compared to short stays.

What type of contract is it? All our medium-stay contracts are for tourist use.

What is included in the price? Free WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen and a welcome kit. A final cleaning fee of €60 applies. Additional cleaning during your stay is available at €60 per session with advance notice.

Is it cheaper to book directly? Yes, always. Booking on our website saves you up to 10% compared to any other platform for the same apartment.

How does check-in work? The Raval studios have keyless entry — arrive from 15:00 with no need to meet anyone. For all other apartments, check-in is coordinated via WhatsApp with our contact.

Is there a security deposit? Yes, €200, returned at the end of your stay if the apartment is in good condition.

What is the cancellation policy? Cancellations made more than 10 days before arrival are free of charge.
