Our accommodations El Raval — 2 studios Two ground-floor studios at Marquès de Barberà, 27, in the heart of El Raval. Each with a large exclusive private patio — rare in central Barcelona. Keyless entry, no check-in meeting needed. Five minutes' walk from Las Ramblas, MACBA and La Boqueria market. Gràcia — 3 accommodations In one of Barcelona's most characterful and relaxed neighbourhoods, with lively squares, terrace bars and its own market: Parc Güell: 2-bedroom apartment close to Parc Güell, in a quiet residential area. Joan: Studio loft on the top floor (4th) with private terrace. Very compact and cosy, ideal for one person looking for their own corner in Gràcia. Josep: Duplex studio loft on the top floor (4th) with a separate bedroom and two private terraces. A unique space with light and views above the rooftops.
All three Gràcia accommodations are on upper floors without a lift. El Born — 6 accommodations El Born is one of Barcelona's most vibrant and well-located neighbourhoods: Palau de la Música, Parc de la Ciutadella, Barceloneta beach and the historic centre all within minutes:

Cleaning The price includes a final cleaning fee of €60. Additional cleaning during your stay is available at €60 per session with a few days' notice.
